Preview: Skill Fireball and skill rotation logic
Hello,
in this post I want to share what I am working at the moment.
I implemented the next skill fireball. After hitting an enemie it will explode and deal damage in an area.
Also I created a ui element "skillbar". There you will see your selected skills and their order from top to bottom. The roation logic for the skills is working. At the end of every animation state the game checks if an enemie is in range of the current skill. If an enemie is in range the skill will be "fired", if not the character will be idle again. Before it will continue, the game selects the next skill in the skillbar as the current skill.
So if an enemie is in range of the skill fireball but not in range of the skill cleave, the character will attack with fireball, than will be idle for one animation and will again attack with the skill fireball.
